By using Recipe Box, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Recipe Box provides a personal recipe library, meal planning tools, and grocery list generation. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You retain ownership of the recipes and content you create
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your content within the application

4. Limitation of Liability

Recipe Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.
